At Softrix Devhub, we take pride in offering high-quality digital products. Because all items are digital and instantly accessible after purchase, we maintain a strict refund policy with limited exceptions.
1. Digital Nature of Products
All items sold on Softrix Devhub are non-tangible digital goods, such as scripts, plugins, templates, or source code. Once a product is downloaded, refunds are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
The item is not as described or missing key features promised in the listing.
The file is corrupted or does not work and the issue cannot be resolved after support from the author.
A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and should include:
Order ID
Description of the issue
Evidence (e.g. screenshots or error logs, if applicable)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for the following:
Buyer no longer wants the item or purchased it by mistake
Buyer lacks the technical skills to use the item
The item conflicts with third-party tools, systems, or servers
The item has been downloaded or used after purchase
Misuse or unauthorized modification of the item
4. Resolution Process
Once your refund request is submitted to ask@softrix.io, we will:
Review the issue
Contact the seller if needed
Provide a decision within 5 business days
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method.
5. Abuse of Refund Policy
Softrix Devhub reserves the right to reject refund requests or suspend accounts if refund abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service is suspected.
